Job summary

The Financeer is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy across GCC markets from Bahrain. The role demands 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and regulatory compliance.

You will hold a Chartered Accountant, ACCA, MBA or B.Comm qualification and demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder management and advanced knowledge of ERP and financial reporting tools.

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA/MBA/B.COMM qualification required or equivalent.
• At least 10+ years in senior finance roles (CFO/Finance Director/Financial Controller).
• Experience across GCC markets and diverse regulatory environments.

Seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy for a Gulf region organization. The role requires 10+ years of progressive finance experience with expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and regulatory compliance across multiple GCC markets.

Key Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, MBA or B.COMM qualification
• 10+ years progressive finance experience as CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, or senior finance leader
• Strong understanding of inventory, pricing, margins, and trade promotions
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial controls
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
