Job summary

Advanced Search Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller in Bahrain to oversee all financial activities, ensure IFRS compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support growth. The Finance Manager will report directly to the CFO and lead a finance team across consolidated reporting and budgeting cycles.

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFA.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance management role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities of the company in compliance with IFRS.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated statements.
• Manage intercompany balances and consolidate group reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis processes.
• Coordinate audits and draft audited financial statements.
• Support cash flow forecasting and banking activities.
• Monitor currency movements and FX-related reporting.
• Supervise finance staff and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare management and Board reporting packages.
