Job summary

DHL Express Bahrain is seeking an Employee Engagement & Experience Specialist to design, implement, and manage initiatives that enhance engagement, satisfaction and culture across all entities in Bahrain. You will support the Senior HR Manager and HR teams in daily HR tasks and HR‑related projects.

The role focuses on creating a positive workplace, fostering strong relationships, and driving ESG and CSR initiatives under the HR Director guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred in Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Generalist HR.
• Proven engagement, ER and OD experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage employee engagement programs.
• Conduct employee surveys and analyze results.
• Organize HR events and CSR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations for leadership.
• Support HR projects and digital tools deployment.
• Maintain HR communications and intranet content.
