Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to deliver high-quality HR operational support across the employee lifecycle in Bahrain or Dubai.

You will partner with employees, managers, HR Partners, COEs, Finance, payroll providers and external vendors to execute core HR processes including payroll, benefits, and HR systems while driving process improvements. You will maintain employee records in Workday, manage transactions, and support onboarding and relocation logistics, ensuring data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or accounting-related field or related area.
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience with payroll focus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Customer-focused with strong communication, analytics, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR Operations support across the employee lifecycle.
• Administer payroll processes, HR expenses, and vendor relationships.
• Manage leave administration and ensure policy compliance.
• Support benefits administration including medical insurance and pension.
• Coordinate medical insurance enrollments and amendments for employees and dependents.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Process HR transactions and ensure data accuracy in Workday and other systems.
• Respond to HR inquiries and support knowledge management in MyEcolab.
• Support pre-boarding and onboarding activities, including relocation logistics.
