Job summary

Swiss-Belresidences Juffair in Manama invites applications for Sales Manager or Sales Executive to drive hotel revenue through new business, key accounts, and promotions of rooms, events, banquets, and services. You will work with corporate clients and travel partners across Bahrain and GCC.

The role requires Bahrain/GCC market knowledge, strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, with 2–5+ years in hotel sales and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of hotel sales experience, Bahrain or GCC preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain/GCC hospitality market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Bahrain and GCC.
• Conduct regular sales calls and visits to corporate and key accounts.
• Promote hotel rooms, meetings, events, and services.
• Negotiate rates and packages within hotel guidelines.
• Maintain relations with existing corporate and leisure clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate with reservations, events, and finance teams.
