Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in receptionist/front office roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and departure, ensuring a warm greeting.
• Register and process check-in for all arrivals.
• Handle check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Update guest information in the computer after check-in.
• Be accountable for cashiering duties, foreign exchange, night audit tasks, and settlement upon departure.
