Responsibilities

• Ensure staff teamwork and optimum service. Inspect grooming and attire and rectify deficiencies.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees; act as role model.
• Oversee inventories, stock, and requisition supplies; monitor dining room seating, safety, and guest well-being.
• Follow safety policies, report accidents, and complete safety training/certifications.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect assets, and uphold brand standards.
