Job summary

Zain Bahrain's fintech arm, Bede, seeks a Reconciliation Analyst to ensure end-to-end financial integrity across microfinance, prepaid cards, wallets and remittances. You will monitor, validate, and report reconciliations from disbursements to customer accounts within the LMS, using Tableau and collaborating with BI/BA and Revenue Assurance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Islamic Finance, Banking, MIS or a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in reconciliation, financial operations, audit, or related analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations across all product lines to verify accuracy from initiation to completion.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate anomalies, and escalate critical findings to Finance Manager as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date process and data flow documentation for each product line and changes.
• Collaborate with BI/BA and Revenue Assurance to apply methodologies and improve controls.
