Job summary

The Reconciliation Analyst role at Zain Bahrain's fintech unit Bede focuses on ensuring end-to-end financial integrity across microfinance, prepaid cards, wallets and remittances. You will reconcile transactions, validate entries, and use Tableau dashboards to detect discrepancies.

You will collaborate with BI/BA and Revenue Assurance, document processes, and escalate only critical findings to the Finance Manager, supporting a robust control environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Islamic Finance, Banking, MIS or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in reconciliation, financial operations, audit, or related analytical role.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI/dashboard tools.
• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile end-to-end transaction flows across product lines.
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate to Finance Manager.
• Maintain reconciliation frameworks and dashboards in Tableau.
• Collaborate with BI/BA and Revenue Assurance teams.
• Document reconciliation procedures and investigation steps.
