Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Islamic Finance, Banking, MIS, or related field.
• 3-5 years of reconciliation or financial operations experience.
• Fintech, digital banking, or Islamic finance exposure valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reconciliations across all product lines to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and KPI dashboards for Finance Manager.
• Collaborate with BI/BA and Revenue Assurance to apply correct methodologies.
• Document discrepancies with root cause, impact, and resolution.
