Bede, the fintech arm of Zain Bahrain, seeks a Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across its product portfolio including microfinance, remittances, and future services. You’ll drive cost optimization, build financial models, and provide data-driven insights to the CEO and CFO.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance with the Central Bank of Bahrain, collaboration with business, technology, and operations teams, and leadership of a growing finance function

Qualifications

• 6+ years in finance, FP&A or related field, fintech/banking preferred.
• CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent required.
• Regulatory reporting experience with Central Bank of Bahrain is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting for Bede.
• Develop policies and controls ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead annual and monthly budgeting with product leads.
• Provide cost and financial performance variances with commentary.
• Collaborate on financial strategies and long-term plans.
• Oversee product-level financial models and profitability.
• Ensure regulatory reporting to authorities as needed.
• Prepare financial statements and management insights.
• Identify financial risks and mitigation strategies.
• Build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.
