Job summary

Advanced Search seeks a senior finance leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organization. You will oversee regulatory reporting, internal controls, and cost management while collaborating with product teams to assess financial viability of new initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing policies, leading annual budgeting, providing strategic financial insights, and ensuring regulatory compliance with the Central Bank of Bahrain.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) is required.
• 6+ years in finance, FP&A, or related field, fintech/banking exp preferred.
• Experience budgeting, performance reviews and cost management.
• ERP/regulatory reporting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial aspects: budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and compliance.
• Lead annual/monthly budgeting with senior leads to build realistic plans.
• Monitor performance, report variances with commentary.
• Lead strategic financial planning and product profitability analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Bahrain regulations and ERP integrations.
• Develop financial dashboards and insights for management.
• Manage finance team hiring, training, and performance.
