Job summary

Bahrain Credit is seeking a Strategic Planning professional to work with the Strategic Planning Senior Manager and the senior leadership team to shape the company’s mission and vision. The role focuses on developing long-term strategy, conducting research and analysis, and aligning departmental goals with the organizational strategy.

You will present findings to executives, monitor projects, and support organizational changes including potential mergers.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in strategic planning or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative discipline.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong financial knowledge and modeling ability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Understand and shape the company strategy and mission.
• Assist in developing and executing the long-term organizational strategy.
• Conduct research and analysis of operational effectiveness.
• Align departmental goals with organizational strategy.
• Assess market trends and competitors.
• Present findings and recommendations to the Strategic Planning Senior Manager and Executive Management.
• Monitor and reporting on projects.
• Identify areas for improvement across the company.
• Assess sales metrics to measure success of new strategies.
• Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals.
• Research competition to identify threats and opportunities.
• Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance.
• Support significant organizational changes e.g. shifts in strategic focus, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Assist in consulting Senior Executives in effective decisions.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of strategic initiatives approved by the Board.
• Report quarterly on progress of initiatives and follow up with departments.
• Assess the success of departmental strategies and propose improvements.
• Assist in developing and aligning the organization’s Performance Management.
• Assist in developing AI Strategies and Initiatives across the organization.
