Job summary

Calo Inc. is seeking an FP&A professional to partner with product and operations, driving financial insights and strategic decision support. You will analyze profitability, build models, and lead budgeting and forecasting processes while delivering executive-ready reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA are highly desirable.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance/FP&A, finance business partnering, or related fields.
• Experience in high-growth technology, food-tech, e-commerce, retail, or operationally intensive businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Operations, Marketing and other teams to provide financial insights.
• Analyze business performance, profitability, and KPI trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and scenario analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA are highly desirable.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, or a related field.

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and key business performance indicators.
• Experience with financial modeling techniques and business case development.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools is considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of commercial drivers, operational metrics, and profitability analysis.
• Knowledge of process improvement and financial automation initiatives is preferred.
