Job summary

Gender seeks a Finance Business Partner to support Sales, Operations and Supply Chain with financial analysis, budgeting and profitability management. The role acts as a pivotal partner to drive sustainable growth and effective financial governance across channels.

The candidate will bring 6-8 years FP&A experience with CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA credentials and strong Excel/Power BI skills; automotive retail experience is a plus. On-site location in Bahrain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration.
• CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA preferred; MBA Finance advantageous.
• 6-8 years in Commercial Finance/FP&A; automotive industry experience preferred.

Job Description

Responsible for supporting the business through financial analysis, commercial decision-making, profitability management, banking relationships, budgeting, credit risk control, and supply chain finance activities. The role serves as a key finance business partner to the Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and effective financial management across all business channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration. Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CIMA or CPA preferred. MBA Finance would also be considered an advantage.

Experience

6-8 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, Business Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Minimum 3 years in the automotive industry, preferably with a dealership or distributor. Proven experience in Banking and Retail Finance. Budgeting and business performance analysis. Pricing and Profitability Analysis. Credit Risk Management. Supply Chain and Product Planning Support. Corporate/Fleet Sales Finance.

Required Skills

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of automotive retail and dealership operations.
• Sound knowledge of banking products and vehicle finance.
