Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related work experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen utility operations and staff (dish room, night cleaning, back dock cleaning, banquet plating and food running).
• Supervise kitchen employees not actively engaged in cooking (dishwashers, kitchen helpers, etc.).
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; report accidents and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and professional appearance; protect company assets; maintain confidentiality.
