Job summary

The Agency Cayman in Bahrain seeks a visionary Director / Salaried Partner to drive the strategic expansion of its Risk Advisory practice, leading a top-tier team and partnering with high-profile regional clients to solve governance and risk challenges.

You will grow the practice, oversee major engagements across governance, risk, and assurance, present insights to boards, mentor a 10–15 person team, and develop new service lines and internal training.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a major professional services firm with a focus on risk consulting.
• 8+ years in management leading teams and client delivery.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with a professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Drive market expansion, client targeting, and sales pitches to hit KPIs.
• Direct major client projects across governance, risk management, and assurance.
• Present insights to executive leadership and Boards.
• Lead a 10–15 person team and mentor staff.
• Develop new risk service lines and training curricula.
