Dar Kulaib Resort is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will lead a diverse kitchen team, craft menus and ensure top quality, consistency and cost control.

Applicants should have proven executive-chef experience in luxury hospitality, strong leadership, budgeting, inventory management and the ability to plan menus for dietary needs. Biometric passport travel readiness is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership to train and motivate a diverse team.
• Expert knowledge of cooking styles, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Ability to plan menus for different dietary needs.
• Excellent organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Budgeting, cost control and inventory management proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute menus reflecting the resort concept and guest expectations.
• Lead, train and motivate chefs and kitchen staff.
• Monitor food quality, presentation and portion control.
• Source quality ingredients from local suppliers.
• Control costs while maintaining high quality.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation compliance.
