Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and innovative menus that showcase local ingredients and flavors
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes to ensure high quality and consistency
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
• Manage inventory and control food costs to meet budget goals
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Collaborate with restaurant management to create seasonal special menus or promotions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, flavors, ingredients, and plating presentations
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Creativity and passion for experimenting with new dishes while also maintaining traditional favorites
• Proficient in English communication; Arabic language skills are preferred but not required

Education:

A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required. More importantly, we value hands-on experience and proven skills.

Salary:

• We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with other benefits such as health insurance, vacation time, and performance bonuses.
