Job summary

FlexiRemote Solutions is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen in Al-Malikiyah. You will create and implement menus, supervise food preparation, manage inventory, and ensure top quality and sanitation standards.

You will mentor the team, collaborate with management on pricing, stay current with culinary trends, and maintain strict health code compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills to work closely with management, staff, and vendors
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Creativity in developing new dishes while also adhering to established recipes
• Familiarity with health code regulations for food safety

Salary: We offer a salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position.
