Executive Chef vacancy in Al-Malikiyah Bahrain

Temporary Executive Chef

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis in Al-Malikiyah. As the temporary Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management.

Your main duties will include creating innovative and delicious dishes, ensuring food quality and presentation is consistently high, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining health and safety standards. You will also be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff, scheduling shifts, and managing food costs.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences. A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.

As this is a temporary position, you must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Accommodation will not be provided; therefore we are seeking candidates who already have their own accommodation in Al-Malikiyah. Candidates with their own valid visa will be given preference.
