Job summary

Qureos in Bahrain seeks an experienced B2B sales professional to own the full sales cycle for bonded zone services. You will manage key accounts, drive renewals, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining CRM-driven forecasting and reporting.

Site visits and commercial presentations are part of the role. The candidate should excel in English and Arabic communication, have CRM proficiency, and be able to obtain port access clearance.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years B2B sales experience in logistics/ports/3PL.
• Strong Arabic and English communication.
• CRM experience with structured reporting.
• Able to obtain port access clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales pipeline end-to-end in CRM (Lead → Opportunity → Meeting → Closure)
• Manage key accounts, follow up renewals, and identify upselling opportunities
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and weekly reporting
• Coordinate quotations and commercial offers with internal teams
• Lead sales team activities and ensure proper CRM usage
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and commercial presentations
• Ensure smooth handover to operations after deal closure
