Job summary

Mantis Collection is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member for our island resort environment. You will be integral to front-of-house operations, serving guests, handling reservations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

The role spans waitress/waiter, host/hostess, or bartender duties, focusing on high-quality service and guest satisfaction. The position requires a friendly, professional demeanor, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced resort, and adherence to health and safety

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food & beverage role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and record food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with good presentation.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
