Job summary

Mantis Collection is seeking a Marketing Executive to support branding, communications and digital initiatives across our eco‑conscious resorts. You will collaborate with internal teams, agencies and suppliers to promote properties and strengthen brand presence.

Responsibilities include campaigns, content creation, social media, email marketing and events, plus performance reporting. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing and 2–3 years’ hospitality or luxury-brand experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing, communications, or hospitality marketing experience.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Brand & marketing support: maintain brand standards across activities.
• Campaign coordination: manage campaigns with internal teams and vendors.
• Content & communications: create/update marketing content for digital and print.
• Digital marketing support: assist with social media, email marketing, SEO and online listings.
• Events & activations: assist in planning events, partnerships and activations.
• Market research & reporting: monitor trends and prepare reports.
