• Lead design, layout, and branding across all BSP creative materials (digital, social, print, signage, events, merchandise).
• Develop marketing content aligned with business goals to drive engagement and guest experience.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing on campaign planning, messaging, and brand initiatives.
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative briefs for internal and external production.
• Review and approve design and marketing materials before release.
• Oversee Video Content Creator’s output and ensure alignment with brand aesthetics.
• Support marketing operations including reporting, performance tracking, and scheduling.
• Maintain visual consistency across touchpoints and manage creative assets.
