Job summary

Sharaf DG Bahrain is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create and execute visuals for marketing, branding and internal departments. You will work closely with the department head and engage with stores and vendors to deliver creative store visuals for campaigns and promotions.

The role requires a graduate with a strong visual portfolio, 3 years of hands-on experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and 3D software, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience (Years & Field) - 3 years
• Educational Qualification - Graduate
• Professional Certifications - BA in Visual Merchandising, Exhibition Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or similar relevant field

Responsibilities

• Create and execute visuals
• Design appealing in-store campaign requirements
• Design social media creatives in different formats like GIF's, posts, stories, etc.
• Design various print and online materials (such as Catalogues, Newspaper Advertisements, Flyers, Vouchers, etc.)
• Test different in-store visuals and compare results
• Creative thinking, out of the box ideas, competition tracking, trends tracking
• Collaborate with design team and marketing team; Works with 3D software's
• Schedule store visits for VM implementation and inventory
• Coordinate with store team
• Source and coordinate with vendors
• Video Editing - latest social media trends, animation is a plus
• Maintains monthly Store VM Expense sheet
• Creates LPO for approved quotations
• Store Support Initiatives to increase footfalls
• Timely release of Design/Ads/Visuals/Catalog
• Ensure timely information is given internally across Sharaf DG about the campaigns/promotions
