The ideal candidate has proven Head Chef experience in fast-paced environments, strong leadership and creative presentation skills, and a diploma or degree in Culinary Arts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Creative mindset with strong presentation skills.
• Strong leadership to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication to collaborate with departments within the restaurant.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design menus reflecting our restaurant's vision and concept.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and sanitation standards.
• Ensure dishes are prepared on time with high quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock.
• Collaborate with restaurant management on seasonal and event menus.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
