EliteHire is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our restaurant kitchen in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. You will oversee food preparation, plating, and presentation while developing menus that meet our standards and guest preferences. Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff, ensuring strict food safety and a high-energy, creative environment.

You will manage inventory, coordinate with other departments, and maintain cleanliness to sustain top-quality dining experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to create high-quality dishes while adhering to strict food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members to success.
• Strong communication skills to effectively delegate tasks and communicate with other staff members.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity when developing new menus or dishes.
