As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food is served to our customers. You will plan and create menus, train and supervise kitchen staff, and maintain inventory and budget. Your creativity and passion for food will be key in developing new dishes that align with our restaurant's concept and vision. You must have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments, as well as strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide your team towards success. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, a degree or certification in culinary arts, and a thorough understanding of food safety regulations. You must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
