Job summary

ApplyMint in Bahrain is seeking a Country Manager to own Bahrain's P&L, drive sales and profitability across its multi-brand regional retail portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in business or retail management (MBA preferred), 10+ years in retail leadership within the GCC, and is Arabic-speaking. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to deliver growth across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ retail management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the GCC.
• Open to Arabic Speakers, Male, 48 years old and below.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Bahrain's P&L, sales, profitability, budgets and overall commercial performance.
• Lead the country's multi-brand, multi-store retail operations, ensuring stores consistently achieve sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, shrinkage and profitability.
• Lead, coach and manage the retail leadership team, including Area/Operations Managers, Store Staff ensuring clear KPIs and accountability.
• Monitor store and brand performance, identifying underperforming locations/categories and improvement plans.
