Job summary

The Talents Nation is seeking a Country Manager for Bahrain to oversee full P&L ownership and drive profitability across a multi-brand, multi-store retail operation. The role requires strong leadership of the regional retail team to meet ambitious sales, productivity, and customer metrics.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and 5+ years leading GCC women’s fashion retail brands, with deep knowledge of market dynamics and customer behavior to shape strategy and accelerate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience within GCC women’s fashion retail brands.
• Strong knowledge of the GCC retail market and customer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Bahrain's P&L, sales, profitability, budgets, and overall commercial performance, to achieve country targets.
• Lead the country's multi-brand, multi-store retail operations, ensuring stores consistently achieve sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, shrinkage and profitability.
• Lead, coach and manage the retail leadership team, including Area/Operations Managers, Store Staff ensuring clear KPIs and accountability.
• Monitor store and brand performance, identifying underperforming locations/categories and improvement plans.
