Job summary

Qureos in Bahrain seeks a Placement Officer for Consumer Lines to manage end-to-end placement of motor, home, travel and other consumer policies. This role requires coordinating quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and compliance with underwriting standards.

You will liaise with telesales and insurers to ensure accurate, timely placements, and maintain documentation while upholding PDPL/CBB requirements. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in insurance operations, underwriting, or placement within a broker or insurer.
• Familiarity with motor and consumer lines products is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage quotations, placements, renewals, endorsements, and policy issuance.
• Review policy documents for accuracy and compliance before release.
• Coordinate with insurers for quotations, terms, and coverage.
• Maintain accurate policy transaction records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Ensure renewals are completed 45 days before expiry and track progress.
• Support audits and data accuracy in placement workflows.
