Job summary

Qureos is seeking a Placement Officer for Consumer Lines to manage the full end-to-end placement of retail insurance products such as Motor, Home, and Travel. You will handle quotations, negotiations, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and ensure compliance with underwriting and operational standards.

The role acts as the key link between telesales, insurers, and internal operations to guarantee accurate and timely placement of all consumer policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting, or placement.
• Familiarity with motor and consumer lines products is essential.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Quotation and placement management including reviewing leads and completing required information.
• Obtain quotations from approved insurers according to underwriting guidelines.
• Negotiate terms, premiums, and conditions with insurers to secure best cover.
• Confirm placement, issue policy documents on time, and ensure accuracy in system records.
• Coordinate with telesales and insurers to ensure smooth renewal and re-placements.
• Maintain accurate policy schedules, certificates and wordings for clients.
