PPOAR in Manama, Bahrain is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. You will plan, budget, schedule, supervise contractors and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Strong leadership and communication are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree or related field and proven PM experience in construction.

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as Construction Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all stages of construction projects.
• Develop project budgets and schedules.
• Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
• Communicate project progress updates regularly to clients.
• Identify potential issues or problems on site and take prompt action to resolve them.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, invoices, etc.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members as needed.
