Job summary

Charm Connect is seeking a Construction Manager in Manama to lead and deliver diverse construction projects from conception to completion. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets on site.

The role requires a civil engineering background, 5+ years of PM experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive successful project outcomes in Bahrain's regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project designs are feasible and meet all necessary regulations.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety measures are being followed.
• Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment needed for each project.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, expenses, and changes.
