Job summary

India Abroad is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects in Manama, Bahrain. You will plan, execute, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in construction, a Civil Engineering background, strong project-management and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors and clients under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Create project schedules and ensure they are followed by all team members.
• Monitor project progress and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Manage project budgets and ensure costs stay within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to check quality of work and address issues.
• Communicate project updates to clients, contractors, and team members.
• Hire and manage construction workers as needed for various projects.
