Work standard is seeking an experienced Contract Construction Manager in Manama to lead construction projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and within quality standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, safety compliance, and proactive communication with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain progress across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Manage the selection of materials and equipment for each project.
• Oversee on-site activities to ensure safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
