Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with at least 3 years of PM experience, excellent English, and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Min 3 years experience in construction project management.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• English proficiency; Arabic is a plus.
• Familiar with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, materials procurement, and subcontractor management
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly defined and executed
• Monitor progress and identify potential risks or issues that may impact the project timeline or budget
• Communicate regularly with team members to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or challenges
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
• Prepare progress reports for senior management
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions
