Job summary

Pavago is seeking a hands-on cold email outreach specialist to generate qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound campaigns. You will own the full process from prospect research and list building to writing personalized outreach and managing deliverability.

You will optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, test messaging, and monitor key metrics to ensure consistent pipeline generation for the sales team. Strong copy and deliverability skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in cold email outreach, outbound lead generation, SDR, or outbound marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build highly targeted prospect lists and segment by industry, company size, job title, geography and ICP.
• Write personalized cold email copy, subject lines, and CTAs for multi-step sequences (4–8 touchpoints).
• Launch and monitor outbound email campaigns; optimize messaging and targeting based on engagement metrics.
• Review inbox health, deliverability, and sender reputation daily.
• Qualify replies and route qualified prospects to the sales team; update CRM records.
• Document testing results and maintain campaign documentation.
