Job summary

Accor is seeking a Reservations Lead to ensure smooth daily operation and deliver top-quality service to guests contacting the Reservations department. You will support Sales and other departments to guarantee an enjoyable stay and help drive bookings in a caring, heart-centered hospitality culture.

English fluency is required; Arabic language knowledge is a plus. Previous experience in a similar capacity at Accor Hotels is preferred, with strong telephone presentation and sales abilities.

Qualifications

• English language - fluency is required.
• Knowledge of the Arabic language is an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar capacity is preferred in Accor Hotels
• Excellent telephone presentation, sales skills, and ability to sell is a plus
• Highly interactive and people-friendly attitude

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure smooth daily operation of the reservations team with top-level service.
• Ensure all reservations are actioned within the same working day.
• Assist other departments, especially Sales, to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay and meet targets.
