CFI Financial Group is hiring a Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team. You will engage with clients, perform KYC, follow up on documents, and coordinate with Backoffice to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Professional and empathetic demeanor when dealing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Filling KYCs and following up with clients and Backoffice.
• Responding to client requests in a timely manner.
• Educate clients about products and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding with Documents and KYCs.
• Prepare concise reports and proposals for executives.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
