Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Client Advisor in Bahrain to deliver an exceptional client experience and build lasting relationships with clients across the Maison’s product categories.

You will welcome clients, drive sales, and provide personalized recommendations while upholding Louis Vuitton standards and participating in daily store operations.

Act as an ambassador of the Maison, delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton promise. The Client Advisor builds genuine and long-term relationships with clients, understands their needs, and guides them across the Maison to achieve individual and team objectives.

Client Experience & Sales Performance

• Welcome every client and deliver the best-in-class client experience in line with Maison standards.
• Drive individual and team sales objectives while being accountable for personal performance.
• Advise clients across the Maison’s product categories, ensuring relevant and personalized recommendations.

Clienteling & Relationship Building

• Develop long-term relationships with clients through effective clienteling and follow-up.
• Proactively reach out to existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat visits.

Brand Representation & Standards

• Develop strong brand and product knowledge to represent the Maison with credibility.
• Respect Louis Vuitton standards in grooming, behavior, and service excellence.
