stc pay Bahrain is seeking a senior marketing leader to own strategy, growth and brand in a regulated fintech environment. You will guide paid and organic acquisition, lifecycle programs and analytics to drive activation, engagement and cross-sell.

You will manage budgets, lead a marketing team, and collaborate with Product, Legal and Compliance to ensure compliant, high-impact campaigns. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Competenze

• Hands-on command of performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM and marketing analytics (attribution, cohort analysis, A/B testing).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Mansioni

• Set the marketing strategy and annual plan aligned with revenue and growth targets.
• Own the marketing budget and allocate spend across CAC, payback and LTV.
• Build, hire and develop a high-performing team; manage agencies and freelancers.
• Act as the marketing voice on the leadership team and report results to the board.
• Run full-funnel acquisition across paid search, paid social, affiliates, partnerships and app store.
• Build lifecycle and CRM programs (email, push, in-app) to lift activation and retention.
• Define positioning, messaging and brand identity for stc pay Bahrain.
