Chef de Cuisine

As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen in Muharraq. You will create and plan menus, manage inventory and food costs, and ensure all dishes are prepared to our high standards. You must have at least 5 years of experience as a chef, preferably in a fine dining establishment. Creativity and attention to detail are essential for this role. You must also be able to work well under pressure and manage a team of kitchen staff. Experience with Middle Eastern cuisine is preferred but not required. Salary for this position is $1800 per month.
