Qualifications

• Proven experience in cash collection, accounts receivable, or related financial roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Understanding of local financial regulations and business practices in Manama and Bahrain.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receivables portfolio by contacting customers to remind them of invoices and negotiate terms.
• Maintain records of collections and payment arrangements using company systems.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve disputes impacting payments.
• Monitor account statuses and report overdue accounts to management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and guidelines during collection processes.
• Assist with month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts related to cash collections.
• Contribute to process improvements to optimize cash flow.
