Responsibilities include cash handling, refunds, and operating the POS system, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and exceptional guest experience. Two-year contract; basic salary and allowance are provided with accommodation details as described.

Qualifications

• Tamil and English language proficiency required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Basic math skills to count cash and process transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication abilities with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail to maintain accuracy in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card payments, and other forms of payment.
• Handle customer payments, including counting change and processing refunds.
• Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products/services.
• Maintain the cash register, count cash, reconcile transactions, and report discrepancies.
• Follow company policies on customer service, security, and cash handling.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide great service.
