Qualifications

• Proven experience in cash collection or accounts receivable preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced finance environment.
• Knowledge of local Bahraini financial regulations and practices is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage receivables by contacting customers and negotiating payment terms.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve disputes affecting payments.
• Monitor overdue accounts and report risks to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection activities.
• Support month-end closing and audits related to cash collections.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize cash flow.
