Client of S&K HR Consulting is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales in Bahrain across bakery ingredients and foodservice sectors. You will expand existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and build strong customer relationships with HORECA and food manufacturers.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, Bahrain market knowledge, and strong Excel/data analysis skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in food ingredients, bakery, or HORECA.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data analysis.
• Bahrain market experience preferred; driving license mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales KPIs and business objectives.
• Identify and acquire new customers while growing existing accounts.
• Regular customer visits, product presentations and negotiations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries; close sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
• Ensure accurate daily reporting to Line Manager and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
• Follow up on collections and maintain healthy customer accounts.
