Chalhoub Group in Bahrain is seeking a Beauty Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service, provide expert makeup/fragrance consultations, and drive sales while maintaining an immaculate counter and stock readiness.

You will bring brand expertise, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to successful promotions and product launches in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the beauty industry.
• Strong Arabic & English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Makeup /Fragrances products and consultations.
• A customer-focused, confident, and professional approach.
• Passion for luxury beauty, sales, and delivering memorable brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets.
• Maintain counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promotion of products and merchandising.
• Keep the counter beautifully presented, well stocked, and ready to welcome customers.
• Be the brand expert: makeup/fragrances consultations, product demonstrations, and personalized recommendations.
• Drive brand results: support sales targets, customer acquisition, loyalty, product launches, and activations.

What you'll be doing

Our Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all customers and touse appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. Our Beauty Consultant isaccountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promotion of productsand merchandising. Our Consultant is also required to maintain high levels of standards in terms ofgrooming.

• As a Beauty Consultant, you’ll create memorable beauty experiences by understanding each customer’s needs and recommending the right products. You’ll bring the brand to life, build lasting customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and keep the counter beautifully presented, well stocked, and ready to welcome customers.
  • Be the brand expert: Deliver Makeup/Fragrances consultations, product demonstrations, and personalised recommendations.
  • Drive brand results: Support sales targets, customer acquisition, loyalty, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Build strong partnerships: Work closely with retail teams and store management to ensure the brand is visible, well presented, and customer-ready.
  • Stay connected: Build customer relationships through clienteling and keep up to date with beauty trends, products, and competitors.
