Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Bahrain is seeking a Beauty Consultant to create memorable beauty experiences by understanding customer needs and recommending products. You will bring the brand to life, build lasting relationships, and help achieve sales goals while keeping the counter well presented.

You will deliver skincare consultations and product demonstrations, drive brand results with launches and activations, and partner with retail teams to ensure visibility and customer readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, routines, and consultations.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
• Customer-focused, confident and professional approach.
• Passion for luxury beauty, sales and delivering memorable brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Be the brand expert: skincare consultations, product demonstrations and personalized recommendations.
• Drive brand results: support sales targets, customer acquisition, loyalty, product launches and activations.
• Build strong partnerships: collaborate with retail teams and store management to keep the brand visible and customer-ready.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Beauty Consultant, you’ll create memorable beauty experiences by understanding each customer’s needs and recommending the right products. You’ll bring the brand to life, build lasting customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and keep the counter beautifully presented, well stocked, and ready to welcome customers.

• Be the brand expert: Deliver skincare consultations, product demonstrations, and personalised recommendations.
• Drive brand results: Support sales targets, customer acquisition, loyalty, product launches, and brand activations.
• Build strong partnerships: Work closely with retail teams and store management to ensure the brand is visible, well presented, and customer-ready.
• Stay connected: Build customer relationships through clienteling and keep up to date with beauty trends, products, and competitors.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• At least 2 years’ experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, routines, and consultations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• A customer-focused, confident, and professional approach.
• Passion for luxury beauty, sales, and delivering memorable brand experiences.
